Marketing/Proposal Coordinator
Method Studio, Inc., one of the region’s top Architectural and Interior Design firms, is seeking a Marketing / Proposal Coordinator to join our fast-paced, growing, and innovative team. This role supports the firm’s marketing efforts with a strong focus on assisting with proposals and qualifications, while also contributing to the organization and coordination of marketing materials and activities.

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and coordination of proposals, qualifications, and interviews (RFQs, RFPs, SOQ's), working closely with proposal leads, firm leadership, technical staff, and the marketing/graphics team to meet tight deadlines
Support the proposal process by developing and tracking submission schedules, managing internal deadlines, and coordinating deliverables in collaboration with proposal leads
Review incoming proposal requests to understand requirements, organize response materials, and support proposal strategy development
Write, edit, proofread, and provide editorial support for proposal narratives and marketing content, ensuring a high level of accuracy, clarity, consistency, and attention to detail
Coordinate with internal team members and external consultants to collect resumes, project descriptions, forms, and required documentation in a timely manner
Maintain, organize, and update marketing data, including project information, resumes, images, and marketing collateral, ensuring information is current and accurate
Assist with maintaining database systems and content libraries through ongoing data upkeep and organization
Prepare and coordinate marketing materials for presentations, firm events, conferences, and award submissions
Support planning and coordination of firm events and marketing-related activities as needed
Ensure all marketing and proposal materials reflect a high level of professionalism, strong visual quality, and consistency with Method Studio’s brand standards
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, organization, and responsiveness
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of marketing experience
Proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to thrive in a collaborative studio environment
Preferred
Experience within an A/E or design-focused firm
