Manager - Pension Services
Northwest Administrators, Inc. is an industry leader in third-party administration of employee benefits, and they are seeking a Manager for Pension Services. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day pension operations, drive team performance, and ensure service excellence for participants and clients.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop managers and staff to deliver high-quality pension services
Set performance expectations, manage evaluations, and support succession planning
Ensure operational goals, KPIs, and service-level targets are consistently met
Improve processes and build cross-functional capacity to manage workload changes
Oversee specialized pension operations, systems, and automation tools
Partner across departments and with external stakeholders on reporting and service delivery
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and security standards
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability to effectively teach, coach, and direct others
Experience in defining and analyzing operational workflows
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook)
5-7 years' experience in operational leadership role
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or significant relevant work experience
