Assist the firm in conducting its due diligence review of the target company
Draft the associated due diligence report
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience practicing labor & employment and/or immigration law in a full-service or boutique law firm
Prior experience working on the sale or acquisition of a business, including reviewing reps and warranties and conducting due diligence involving employment and/or immigration matters
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law in any state
Outstanding professional references
