The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Responsibilities
Assist with posting job openings and monitoring applications
Help screen résumés and schedule interviews
Support onboarding tasks such as preparing new-hire paperwork, welcome materials and orientation logistics
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
Assist and/or support daily HR administrative tasks including data entry, policy updates, document preparation, reporting, and general HR correspondence
Support employee events, recognition programs and communication initiatives
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team
Participate in HR and continuous improvement projects and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
Previous HR or administrative experience (internship, part-time work, volunteer roles)
Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
