Prepares and Presents Quotes and Acquires Customer Orders Daily
Customer and Prospect Sales Calls (outside office)
Handles Customer and Prospect questions, complaints, & needs
Prepares and Presents Customer and Prospect Product Seminars
Develops, Reviews and Implements District Sales Plan
Coordinates Customer requirements with Warehouse, Credit, Accounting, and Management
Manages Expenses and Effective Time & Territory Travel Plan
Communicates (internally) District Competitive Situation
Product, Selling, and Leadership Education Ongoing
Promotes Bay and Bay Products Throughout District
Organize, Prepare and Implement Annual Sales Plan
Manage District Pricing and Quotations and Expenses
Generate New Customers and New Sales
Build Current Customer Relationships
Promote All Bay Products and Services to All Customers
Qualification
Required
2 years of Outside Sales experience, required
Must be comfortable with commercial jobsite visits
As a condition of continued employment, employees working in a position requiring driving as an essential function of the job, are required to maintain a valid license, and an acceptable driving record as per our insurance provider's requirements
Preferred
Masonry and Concrete related sales experience, preferred
Understanding of general contractors and the construction process, preferred
