Responsibilities
Perform basic electrical installation and repair work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances; repairs lighting systems; inspects electrical systems for unsafe conditions
Perform basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks; opens clogged lines and drains; replaces washers and other minor parts; maintains and monitors plumbing systems
Apply and prepare various surfaces for paint, enamel, lacquer, varnish, or stain; repairs wall coverings
Perform basic rough and finished carpentry work in construction and repair of structures such as partitions, walls, doors, fences, window frames, office furniture, roofs, and shelves
Performs upholstery work as required
Fabricates, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices, motors and pumps
Keeps workshop orderly by cleaning tool boxes, putting away tools and parts, and straightening electrical storage area
Installs and maintains all tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles
Run milling equipment, lathes and power tools; welds materials
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handlers Card if required
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite, and be knowledgeable about building management systems
Must be experienced in one or more of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and/or HVAC
