They are seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for creating new business opportunities and learning professional B2B sales from the ground up.

Prospect and engage B2B decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Learn cold calling, outbound outreach, and modern lead generation techniques
Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales reps
Build strong client relationships and collaborate with our Sales Success team
Gain confidence communicating with founders, executives, and operators
Receive daily coaching, feedback, and hands-on sales training
Track activity and performance using sales and CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or early in your career
Highly coachable with a strong passion for building relationships
Competitive, driven, and eager to learn
Communicate clearly and confidently
Desire for a long-term career in sales, business, or leadership
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related majors are a plus)
