Responsibilities
Design and configure SharePoint Online document libraries and tracking lists to streamline contract review processes
Develop and implement Power Automate workflows for contract initiation, review tracking, automated notifications, and finalization
Build intuitive Power Apps interfaces, including dashboards for reviewers and progress tracking tools
Integrate Microsoft Teams and Office 365 for seamless notifications and collaborative in-document commenting
Conduct comprehensive testing, including end-to-end and user acceptance testing, to ensure functionality and reliability
Create and deliver training materials and sessions to key users for effective system utilization
Provide thorough handover documentation for ongoing maintenance and support
Ensure real-time progress tracking and automatic movement of completed contracts for enhanced workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, and permission settings
Strong proficiency in creating complex approval workflows involving multiple stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of Power Automate expressions and Office 365 connectors
Demonstrated ability to integrate Microsoft Teams with Power Platform solutions
Solid understanding of ASP.NET, .NET, and API development, with exposure to AWS technologies
Preferred
Experience with Power Apps canvas application development is preferred
Familiarity with contract management or document review systems is advantageous
