Responsibilities

Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team of strategists and planners to support the development of PACCAR’s future global powertrain roadmaps
Work alongside experienced Product Planners and Product Managers, contributing to product planning initiatives
Conduct market trend analysis across North America, Europe, and Rest‑of‑World regions
Perform competitive product research to benchmark global powertrain technologies
Support customer‑focused Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses for multiple powertrain architectures and emerging technologies

Required

Currently a 3rd- or 4th-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree (graduating 2026–2027) in a business discipline, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Software), Mechatronics, Computer Sciences, or related STEM field required
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities, analytical thinking, and a passion for innovative problem‑solving
Demonstrated motivation, integrity, and the ability to take initiative as a self‑starter
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and lean team environment
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
Commitment to delivering reliability, value, and quality in all work
Willingness to grow continuously with a strong results‑driven mindset
