Experience in civil litigation from inception through trial, settlement, and appeal

Ability to prepare deputies for oral argument
Ability to engage with colleagues and clients regarding appellate strategy
Ability to advise deputies on trial matters to preserve or avoid issues for appeal

Willingness to travel and attend court appearances in person as required
