Responsibilities
Support walk-in and phone customers, along with internal sales teams, by managing orders and distributor buy-backs efficiently and accurately
Provide accurate product pricing and connect customers with the right team members to finalize sales
Build expert-level knowledge of our products to answer questions and resolve issues like a pro
Keep customers informed of new products, promotions, and specials
Initiate and track orders in our ERP system, ensuring smooth deliveries
Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to meet customer needs on time
Promote safe product handling practices while ensuring customer satisfaction
Use Salesforce to support customers and sales teams effectively
Schedule service calls, document completed work, and keep things running smoothly
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma
2+ years of customer service, logistics, sales, or account management experience
Excellent communication and multitasking skills to coordinate with customers and teams
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
Knowledge of the petroleum industry is a big plus!
