$65/hr - $75/hrGenesis10 is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for a 12-month hybrid contract position. The role involves eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment on project goals and requirements.

Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications
Contribute to the design of new systems or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet business needs and technical feasibility
Responsible for managing follow-ups, ensuring they are documented with the correct owner on the RAID and shepherding tasks to completion
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, use cases/user stories, and test scripts
Identify and resolve issues related to system functionality, data quality, and project implementation
Analyze and optimize business processes, recommending improvements through technology solutions
Demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, agile practices, and relevant IT tools
They facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback
Address and resolve conflicting requirements that arise within the team, maintaining a productive work environment
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation
Experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile practices
Knowledge of database concepts and data analysis techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with relevant IT tools and technologies
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
Comfortable facilitating cross functional meetings and building consensus
Preferred
Experience with Analytics projects
Experience with Azure DevOps, Spotfire, Databricks, Tableau, ServiceNow, GitHub, Atlan
Experience with SOX Compliance Requirements and Testing Considerations
Exposure to data governance best practices
