They are seeking an Outside Sales Manager to drive growth across the Midwest region, focusing on building relationships and managing a portfolio of corporate, government, and group rental clients.

Identify, prospect, and cold call small to mid-sized businesses to generate qualified B2B leads
Build and manage a portfolio of corporate, government, and group rental clients
Create targeted sales and marketing campaigns aligned with market opportunities
Strengthen client relationships through ongoing communication and personalized service
Work cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience
Track market trends and provide insights that help influence business strategy
Represent Budget at client meetings, industry events, and community engagements
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales experience with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Ability to design and execute sales strategies that drive measurable results
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Confidence in conducting market and customer analysis to identify opportunities
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for building tailored solutions
Experience managing or supporting key client accounts or a sales territory
At least 18 years old
Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
Preferred
Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
