Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day billing operations, including preparation, review, and processing of invoices
Perform billing research, reconciliations, recalculations, and account-level analysis
Partner with collections, order management, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Support front-end billing workflows from order entry through reconciliation
Conduct data analysis and support change-management work tied to data remediation projects
Identify and prevent inaccuracies in invoicing and revenue-impacting data
Ensure compliance with applicable billing regulations and internal controls
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and present billing reports for management review
Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure proper billing documentation and compliance
Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects related to billings and revenue operations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of billings operations experience within a technology or SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with SFDC billing modules; CPQ or RightRev experience is a plus
Strong operational billing skills with the ability to research, reconcile, and troubleshoot issues
Experience supporting billings, AR, and collections in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Process-improvement mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort working independently
