Responsibilities

Support embroidery operators in achieving daily production goals and scheduled ship dates

Train team members on embroidery techniques, processes, and standard operating procedures

Ensure all work meets quality standards through real-time audits and First Run approvals

Troubleshoot order details, product concerns, and equipment issues as they arise

Maintain accurate production tracking and completion updates in Shopworks

Document discrepancies and communicate issues with appropriate teams

Coordinate daily priorities, including must-ship and combination orders, with production leadership

Stage supplies and consumables ahead of production to minimize downtime

Evaluate rejects for repair and process replacement documentation when needed

Submit weekly supply and consumables requisitions by Monday morning

Ensure daily and weekly equipment maintenance, sanitization, and proper shutdown procedures

Communicate with Art and CSR teams regarding missing design files or order discrepancies

Required

Previous experience in embroidery or screen print production

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

Basic math skills for production documentation

Proficiency or willingness to learn Shopworks, ERP systems (Dynamics AX), and Microsoft Excel/Outlook

Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds

Strong vision for discerning colors and fine details

Comfortable working in a moderate-to-noisy production environment

Preferred

Leadership or trainer experience in a production setting
