The Inside Sales Specialist will support the outside sales team by promoting and selling coolCARE Labor Protection Plans, soliciting orders, and building relationships with contractors.

Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound calls to HVAC and plumbing contractors
Communicate the benefits of coolCARE Labor Protection Plans to generate interest from prospective customers
Schedule follow-up appointments for the coolCARE Product Specialist to meet with interested prospects, with the goal of signing up new contractors
Utilize the coolCARE CRM system to conduct calls, track activity, and document interactions with prospects
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to identify and sell to customer needs
Results-driven with strong time management skills
Self-motivated, persistent, and persuasive
Organized, dependable, and positive attitude
Comfortable making outbound sales calls to establish business relationships
Preferred
Experience in inside sales, lead generation, call center, or appointment setting preferred
