Responsibilities
Input files into Loan Origination System (LOS) and review online loan applications to properly structure loan files
Collect borrower documents for review by underwriting, including prequalification and loan applications
Review files to be submitted to loan setup. Ensure borrower has submitted all necessary information. Communicate with borrower to collect necessary paperwork
Actively supports the Mortgage Loan Officers using technology sales tools. This specifically references the use of our Marketing Operating System and our presentation tool
Communication with loan customers in process and referral partners
Additional business development activities at the direction of their manager and supported loan officer. This includes, but is not limited to, follow up with prequalified clients, sourcing realtor, builder, or other COI opportunities, or representing FMC at events
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 or more years mortgage lending or administrative support
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
1 or more years mortgage banking
Knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting and closing processes
Technologically focused
