Manage the Internet Sales Team’s leads with follow-up, correct data entry and accountability
Exceptional telephone manner, grammar and spelling (we place a lot of value on being personable and happy to help)
Self-motivation
Strong customer relationship-building skills
Ability to think like a customer, in order to provide the best possible sales experience
High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and be consistent
Ability to respond to customers with courtesy, knowledge, personality and speed
A valid driver’s license required (can drive standard and automatic)
Qualification
Required
Previous car sales experience
