Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and other business systems)
Ensure compliance with security policies and perform proactive system monitoring and maintenance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Document and maintain operational processes and procedures for application usage
Evaluate and manage integrations between applications to improve efficiency and data flow
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for enterprise applications
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings across multiple platforms
Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for application updates, patches, and enhancements
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support business operations
Monitor and analyze application usage and performance metrics
Support data quality initiatives, including cleansing, deduplication, and validation
Explore opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions for process optimization and predictive analytics
Collaborate on proof-of-concepts and integration of AI tools with enterprise applications
Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
2–4 years of experience in enterprise application administration and support
Background in data analytics and reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of security controls and compliance standards
Ability to learn and adapt to new applications quickly
Preferred
Familiarity with AI concepts and tools
Relevant application or IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, or other enterprise platforms) are desirable
Experience with AI orchestration tools, Azure AI, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Python or scripting for automation
Exposure to Copilot or other AI-driven productivity tools
