Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop sales managers and in-home sales representatives across the region
Drive regional sales performance to meet or exceed revenue, margin, and closing goals
Recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent with a focus on home improvement products and processes
Conduct sales meetings and performance reviews
Ensure sales teams follow Comfort’s sales systems, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Analyze market trends and competitive activity within the region
Address performance issues promptly and implement corrective action plans when needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales leadership experience in home improvement, remodeling, windows/doors, roofing, siding, or related residential construction industries
Proven experience managing multi-location or regional sales teams
Strong understanding of in-home sales models and lead-driven sales environments
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial / supervisory role for a construction-related company
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Preferred
residential or exterior remodeling sales experience
Experience working in a high-volume, performance-driven sales organization
Background in commission-based sales environments
