Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day maintenance operations for the C208 fleet to support on-time performance
Act as a delegated representative of the Director of Maintenance as authorized
Maintain real-time awareness of fleet mechanical status, deferred items, and maintenance activity
Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Planning, Operations, and line stations to resolve mechanical issues and AOG events
Oversee planning and scheduling of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Review MELs, deferred maintenance, and maintenance work orders for compliance and accuracy
Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance and flight operations personnel
Manage the Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) program
Oversee contract maintenance providers and related billing
Ensure line stations have adequate facilities, tooling, and qualified personnel
Monitor labor utilization and maintenance-related expenses
Direct supervision of Station Supervisors, Lead Aircraft Technicians, and Aircraft Technicians
Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple stations
Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Other duties as assigned by DOM
Qualification
Required
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
Minimum 5 years turboprop maintenance experience
Minimum 3 years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel as required
Must have a valid driver's license with insurable record through Empire's policy
Must adhere to the Company's FAA/DOT required Drug and Alcohol Program
