Responsibilities

Execute audience marketing and engagement campaigns across magazine brands, from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns designed to drive subscriptions, engagement, and conversions
Oversee print and digital fulfillment processes
Partner with sales to support audience-driven initiatives
Take on special projects and test new audience development strategies

Qualification

Audience marketing experienceEmail platforms proficiencyAudience management systemsAdvanced Excel skillsBasic HTML/CSS skillsDeadline management skillsBachelor's degreeOrganizational skills

Required

3+ years of experience in audience marketing or audience development (B2B preferred)
Experience with email platforms, audience management systems, and/or CDPs
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Advanced Excel skills
Strong organizational and deadline management skills
Basic HTML/CSS editing skills
