Membership support, retention, recruitment and reattraction
Program/content, registration, and attendee experience for events and conferences
Professional development offerings
Board of Directors and committee support
Client relations
Marketing and internal/external communications
Qualification
Required
Three - five years of high-level customer service or administrative experience required
Candidates that have experience in non-profit or association management are encouraged to apply
Preferred
Enjoys working with volunteers, writing, editing, marketing and communications
Solid understanding of database operations, Microsoft Office, and other office technology desired
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required with offsetting experience preferred
