Responsibilities
Analyze large data sets using specialized queries and key performance indicators
Effectively communicate analyses to a broad audience
Ensure data quality in analyses and validate results
Design, implement, and train on the use of analytical dashboards
Plan, schedule, and monitor automation as it relates to reporting and dashboarding
Maintain detailed documentation
Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience working with large amounts of data: facts, figures
Experience working with analysis tools (PowerBI, Jasper Reports, Tableau, Talend)
Strong SQL experience in any dialect
Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to always interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of both internal and external audiences
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions to maximize data gathering and data analysis
