Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location
Staff the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, employees, and vendors; verify identification, manage access per site policy, and help to maintain an orderly lobby environment
Monitor alarms, surveillance systems, and other security-related equipment as assigned; report irregular conditions and document activity in required logs
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site leadership and emergency services as directed
Complete detailed written reports and shift handoff communications, including incident documentation, visitor activity, and service requests, in accordance with Allied Universal standards
Qualification
Required
Have 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience
Be 21+ Years of Age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
