Responsibilities
Provide end‑to‑end leadership across programs by aligning initiatives with organizational strategy, objectives, and priorities while guiding teams to achieve key milestones
Establish, monitor, and manage program schedules, budgets, scope, and resources, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive alignment, collaboration, and successful outcomes
Prepare and deliver regular, executive‑level reporting that communicates program performance, timelines, risks, budgets, and key outcomes
Lead cross‑functional execution from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices in program and project management
Implement, standardize, and continuously improve program management processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability
Leverage lessons learned and industry best practices to improve program delivery and organizational effectiveness
Identify, secure, and manage external vendors or partners as needed to support program success
Serve as a subject matter expert in program and project management, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to program managers, project managers, and cross‑functional teams
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in Smartsheet
Preferred
Smartsheet certification
PMP or similar project/program management certification
People management experience
