Responsibilities
Pull credit and populate liabilities
Assign mortgages to subject and rental properties
Verify and apply correct payoffs to subject and rental properties
Prep loans for lock eligibility
Analyze income and run DU/LP
Prep Full Doc loans for lock, PIW eligibility, and appraisal requirements
Coordinate with lock desk on profile changes when needed
Set up files for Loan Setup and ensure all required STIPs are uploaded and organized
Assist with sales contests, team lunches, prizes, and internal initiatives
Support Sales Managers with onboarding new hires, Dayforce tasks, scheduling, and general administrative needs
Qualification
Required
Junior underwriting or mortgage processing experience
Strong understanding of loan flow from application to lock
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
