Responsibilities
Own day-to-day social media posting across key platforms
Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand voice and marketing priorities
Monitor engagement and respond as appropriate to support brand presence
Stay current on trends and platform best practices
Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with influencers and creators
Coordinate content briefs, timelines, deliverables, and usage rights
Track performance and evaluate effectiveness of partnerships
Create and coordinate content across social channels, including short-form video and static assets
Partner with internal teams to source content ideas and stories
Help evolve and maintain our content and visual standards
Plan and manage photoshoots and content days
Coordinate photographers, creators, timelines, and shot lists
Organize and maintain content and asset libraries
Track and report on social and influencer performance metrics
Share insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and results
Support campaign and project reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing roles
Hands-on experience managing brand social channels
Experience working with influencers and creators
Strong organizational and project management skills
Clear communicator with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Startup or high-growth company experience
Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools
Experience managing freelancers or external partners
