Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of municipal and water/wastewater utility design projects
Conduct and manage design and plan production
Manage clients and supervise technical staff
Provide training/mentorship of other engineers
Assist in the marketing and proposal process to acquire new projects/clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida, or ability to acquire one within 6 months of hire date
At least 4 years of experience in linear infrastructure design (minimum 1 year of Project Management experience)
Experience in North Florida
Strong technical knowledge in linear infrastructure design
Ability to manage projects and mentor staff
Experience managing design and plan production
Ability to manage clients and supervise technical staff
A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success
