Responsibilities
Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Teams policies, governance, lifecycle, and compliance settings
Deploy and support Teams Rooms hardware in collaboration spaces, maintaining availability target
Use advanced tools such as Fiddler, Wireshark, CQD, and Teams logs for troubleshooting
Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate Teams administration, tenant migrations, policy enforcement, and reporting
Integrate Microsoft Teams and O365 services with Azure Entra for access, identity, and security governance
Qualification

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
5+ Years of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 administration experience
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and large-scale administration
Strong working knowledge of Entra Active Directory, conditional access, and role-based access control
Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager
Advanced troubleshooting skills with tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, and Microsoft CQD
Expertise in collaboration security, governance, and compliance policies
Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, SBC configurations, and enterprise call flows is required
Preferred
Microsoft certifications such as MS-700 (Teams Administrator Associate) and MS-720 (Teams Voice Engineer Expert) highly preferred
Experience with hybrid collaboration solutions across diverse platforms
Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations during M&A, divestitures, or restructuring
Experience with Zero Trust and best practice security models for Teams and O365 collaboration platforms
