Social Media Marketing Manager

OFF THE HOUSE Marketing Agency is a dynamic Las Vegas-based creative studio dedicated to bringing ideas to life through innovative design and strategic storytelling. The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing social media strategy and execution across a large portfolio of client accounts, directly managing a team of Social Media Specialists to ensure performance and alignment with client goals.

Responsibilities

Directly manage, mentor, and develop up to six Social Media Specialists
Provide clear direction, ongoing feedback, and performance coaching
Help team members grow in strategy, execution, confidence, and ownership
Lead monthly internal social media workshops focused on:
Platform trends and algorithm updates
Content strategy and creative ideation
Performance analysis and optimization
Workflow, efficiency, and best practices
Act as the escalation point for execution, performance, or client challenges
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture
Develop and oversee social media strategies across up to 25–30 active client accounts
Ensure each account has a clear strategy aligned with client goals and target audiences
Lead integrated digital campaigns including organic social, paid media, and supporting digital efforts
Identify growth opportunities and new initiatives across platforms
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
Ensure client strategies evolve and remain competitive within their industries
Maintain high-level oversight of all client social media accounts managed by the team
Review content calendars, captions, and campaign plans for quality and alignment
Maintain and protect each client’s brand voice across platforms
Lead or support client strategy conversations and performance discussions
Proactively identify risks, performance issues, or opportunities for improvement
Partner cross-functionally to align social efforts with broader marketing initiatives
Assist Specialists with iPhone-based photo and video content creation when needed
Support shoot planning, creative direction, and execution
Ensure content meets platform specifications and creative standards
Guide team members toward stronger hooks, storytelling, and engagement-driven content
Maintain quality control across all social content deliverables
Schedule and coordinate photography, video shoots, graphic design requests, and other specialized content needs
Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure requests are clear, timely, and aligned with campaign goals
Balance timelines, resources, and priorities across multiple clients and team members
Ensure content production pipelines operate efficiently without bottlenecks
Oversee weekly and monthly executive dashboards for all assigned clients
Analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic action
Ensure KPIs are tracked, reported, and actively optimized
Collaborate with paid media partners on campaign alignment and performance
Identify underperforming content and recommend tests, pivots, or new approaches
Ensure clients and internal teams are informed and aligned on performance and next steps
