Prepare detailed estimates for mass earthwork and grading projects

Manage projects post-award, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

Oversee self-performed earthwork and coordinate field operations

Collaborate with operations, superintendents, and leadership on project strategy

Support bid reviews, risk assessment, and project planning

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience estimating and/or managing mass earthwork projects

Strong background in mass grading, site development, and earthwork

Ability to manage projects from estimate through closeout

Experience with HCSS and Agtek preferred (not required)
