Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
Design and implement user interfaces using LWC, ensuring high performance and responsive behavior
Manage and streamline Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, including version control, metadata deployments, automated testing, and release management
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in all phases of the SDLC including design, testing, deployment, and support
Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Monitor and improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and platform best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
2+ years of practical experience using Copado for DevOps and CI/CD on the Salesforce platform
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and standard/custom objects
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies in Copado
Deep understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and metadata management
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
