Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user requirements and specifications
Provide technical assistance and resolve complex hardware and software issues
Lead projects and serve as a technical resource for team members and stakeholders
Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
Assist in identifying training needs and mentor less experienced staff as required
Ensure adherence to best practices in system architecture, security, and performance optimization
Qualification
Required
Advanced Java development with strong Object-Oriented Design principles
Expertise in J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
Experience with Angular or React frameworks
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Proficiency in SQL and relational database design (Oracle, MySQL)
Experience with Swagger, Maven, Eclipse, GIT, Postman/Newman
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience including Cloud Run, Terraform, BigQuery, and Big Data solutions
Knowledge of JWT mechanisms for authentication and authorization
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Extensive hands-on experience in software development and technical leadership roles
Preferred
Experience in multi-platform environments and banking/financial services (a plus)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to balance development and support responsibilities effectively
Familiarity with relational database schema design and maintenance
Ability to write clear, concise code documentation and optimize applications for security and responsiveness
