Responsibilities
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production and/or office areas, parking lots, and perimeter points; document observations and report concerns per post orders
Monitor access control points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or badging processes, and directing individuals to appropriate locations according to site procedures
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, medical calls, and/or property-related issues; notify site contacts and public responders as needed
Complete required reports, incident logs, and patrol documentation; communicate relevant updates during shift briefings and/or handoffs to support continuity of operations
Qualification
Required
A Valid Driver's License is required
Excellent customer service skills required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
