Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization
Gather, document, and provide visibility to client expectations
Communicate study updates and key milestones to clients in a timely and professional manner
Independently manage activities related to the project management process, ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate internal teams to meet defined milestones and timelines
Utilize project management tools to support initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects
Provide data for capacity projections and assist in resource planning
Ensure appropriate scheduling and resource allocation to enable on-time delivery
Proactively identify potential issues, escalate as needed, and facilitate resolution to maintain project progress
Review contracts and manage project budgets
Perform financial tracking and reconciliation throughout the project lifecycle
Identify opportunities for process improvements and, upon approval, implement new procedures
Contribute to development and delivery of internal projects within the PMO
Work closely with project teams and departmental management to ensure client requirements and deadlines are met
Maintain effective communication channels for dissemination of up-to-date project information
Qualification
Required
The post holder will have a relevant degree and/minimum 2 years of relevant Project Management experience, or equivalent
The ability to get things done by influencing others (both internal and external)
An up-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidelines is desirable
Commercial awareness, interpersonal and negotiating skills
Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project)
Proven ability to prioritize and manage time
