Responsibilities
Translate strategic directives into actionable plans and operational procedures
Balance the delivery of excellent advisor/client experiences while driving operational efficiency
Specific focus on supporting the build out of emergent tax overlay capabilities, advisor utilization of alternative investments, and increased advisor flexibility within the UMA
Develop talent and maintain a high-performance culture
Enhance metrics and accountability aligned with company objectives
Build partnerships to deliver necessary change and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; CFA or MBA preferred
Series 7, 65/66 required. Series 24 preferred
15+ years of experience with 10+ years of specific experience in leading large-scale investment advisory trading teams
Knowledge in managed accounts, tax management, and future state platforms including familiarity with competition (broker-dealers, RIA custodians, TAMPs, etc.)
Knowledge of commercial trading platforms offered by third-party vendors (InvestCloud, VestMark, MyVest, Charles River Development, etc.)
