Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operation of assigned branch office
Ensure quality customer service
Actively engage with business development and civic initiatives with contact throughout the community, including existing and prospective clients to determine the potential relationship opportunities and achieve desired growth and retention
Delegate distribution of office workload among personnel to ensure customer service standards are met
Responsible for security and maintenance oversight of the branch office
Provide service to customers and prospective customers seeking new accounts and consumer loans
Responsible for personnel management activities such as: scheduling, personnel actions (hiring, promotions, transfers, etc.), training and development, providing regular direction and feedback on performance, disciplinary actions and preparing and delivering annual performance and salary reviews
Comply with Code of Ethics standards and all applicable bank compliance laws and regulations
Perform all other related duties as assigned

Required

Associates Degree or equivalent in a related discipline
Three to five years related experience
Demonstrated skills in customer service, attention to detail, general computer/internet skills, verbal communication, integrity, people skills, thoroughness and documentation
Must be able to learn new software quickly
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English is required
