Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a growing IT team. This role focuses on providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support in a modern, cloud-enabled environment, troubleshooting various IT issues, and supporting ongoing IT projects.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2–3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networks, and enterprise applications
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, ERP/CRM systems, VPN, and user access issues
Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings
Support cloud services and hybrid infrastructure
Manage IT assets and assist with deployments and upgrades
Document solutions and follow IT policies and SLAs

Qualification

Level 2/3 supportMicrosoft 365Active DirectoryWindows ServerCloud technologiesProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

Associate degree in IT or related field
2+ years of IT support experience with Level 2/3 ticket resolution
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud technologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Relevant IT certifications and project experience
Willingness to travel if needed
