Responsibilities
Collaborate with Implementation and Ongoing Services teams to understand client data requirements
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate to internal teams
Perform data analysis, mapping, and transformation to support system integration
Clean, validate, and convert client data into standardized formats
Develop and maintain documentation for data conversion processes and best practices
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or quality issues
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to clarify data needs and ensure alignment
Support troubleshooting and post-implementation data validation
Contribute to continuous improvement of data conversion toolkit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis, data conversion, or data integration
Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
Familiarity with data transformation tools and scripting languages (SQL, Excel)
Experience working in Association Management and/or Credentialing software
Preferred
Experience working in a SaaS or enterprise software environment is a plus
Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
