Responsibilities
Perform accounts payable processing in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vendor invoices and payments
Ensuring appropriate payments are made and internal controls are adhered to
Process complex invoices
Handle vendor relations
Reconcile accounts
Resolve issues
Provide guidance to clerks
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience required
High attention to detail is critical due to the high volume
Preferred
Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related Business field preferred
Experience in a healthcare environment or healthcare setting preferred
Workday Knowledge - A 'Major Plus.' Candidates with prior experience in this system are highly desired
Excel (EIB) - Candidates must be comfortable working in Excel and specifically knowledgeable about EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) for data uploads
