Coordinator, Brand Marketing

Carter’s Inc. is the largest North American apparel retailer exclusively for babies and young children, and they are seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of campaigns that strengthen emotional connections between their brand and consumers. This role involves executing integrated brand campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns designed to create meaningful, emotional connections with consumers
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align creative storytelling with product priorities and promotional strategies
Assist in writing campaign briefs that incorporate consumer insights and emotional drivers to inspire creative direction
Help manage the execution of in-market activations, ensuring consumer experiences are seamless, engaging, and reflective of the brand’s values
Monitor competitor activity, cultural trends, and consumer conversations to identify opportunities for timely, relevant storytelling
Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance across key channels
Synthesize consumer and campaign insights to inform recommendations and optimize future campaigns
Partner with analytics teams to understand brand health metrics and consumer sentiment
Maintain campaign timelines, track deliverables, and provide updates to ensure projects are completed on time
Support budget management including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation
Ensure all campaign assets adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards
Work cross functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related field (internships included)
Passion for consumer storytelling and building authentic, emotional brand connections
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to bring clarity and emotion to brand messaging
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in consumer products, retail, fashion/apparel, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs, brand sentiment tracking, and consumer engagement metrics
Project management or agency coordination experience
Awareness of cultural and consumer trends with the ability to translate them into relevant, emotionally resonant campaigns
