Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through planning and executing the Company’s business plans
Direct account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Forge strong ties with Executive decision makers at customers
Develop and implement Strategic Sales plans to meet Bookings targets
Manage all aspects of customer business activities, including Evangelizing, Prospecting, Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, and ongoing Account Management
Work collaboratively with the Global Sales teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across global networks of customer sites
Maintain and enhance the PDF worldwide reputation as a trusted advisor to our clients
Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors
Must be willing to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of developing, coordinating, and closing enterprise-level software and solution engagements with large corporations
A minimum ten years experience conducting Strategic Sales campaigns in a business-to-business sales environment is desired
The candidate should have some level of deep domain expertise in semiconductor operations, including wafer fabrication, test and assembly operations, and product and process yield management
The position requires the ability to work self-directed as needed, but also requires the ability to coordinate internal resources across multiple PDF departments and geographic locations
Superlative communication and presentation skills are a must
The candidate should have a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets comprised of large, multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts
Preferred
Engineering degree and business education are desired
