Responsibilities
Monitor live and recorded surveillance of gaming and sensitive areas
Identify and report irregular play, cheating, theft, fraud, or policy violations
Prepare accurate written reports and preserve video evidence
Promptly notify leadership of suspected violations
Work closely and collaboratively with Table Games leadership and staff
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all internal policies
Operate surveillance systems and report equipment issues
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED required
Strong computer skills required
Attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
Preferred
Three (3) or more years' experience in casino operations or casino surveillance preferred
