Akkodis is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a Contract with a client in Texas City, TX. The role involves managing merchandising workflows and ERP product data management to oversee product hierarchy, enrichment, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Manage merchandise hierarchy creation and updates while ensuring accurate assignment and maintenance of article classifications
Oversee ERP product data including logistics attributes, sellable unit configuration, expiry details, and supplier‑driven updates
Track and manage product delivery performance while monitoring operational quality, exceptions, and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
Lead digital enrichment activities by coordinating supplier inputs, internal enrichment workflows, and product line data acquisition
Support new product launches through cross‑functional coordination and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
Handle team management responsibilities including training, motivation, issue escalation, and continuous knowledge transfer to associates

Required

Bachelor's degree in business management, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, or a related discipline
Relevant experience managing merchandise hierarchy, ERP product data, and operational product workflows within retail or consumer‑goods environments
Strong capability to oversee product data accuracy, enrichment activities, and delivery‑related performance while maintaining SLA and KPI commitments
Proven ability to coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, manage teams, and resolve operational issues through structured communication and effective problem‑solving
