Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define recruiting strategies
Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and/or field-based roles from intake through offer
Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels and tools
Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system
Collaborate with HR partners to support broader talent and workforce initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, including sourcing for professional roles, managing the end-to-end candidate experience, and successfully closing hires
Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
Thrived on a fast-paced corporate recruiting team and are comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong communicator with natural relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills, a high sense of urgency, and a consistent, results-driven work ethic
Adaptable to rapid organizational change and able to navigate shifting priorities with confidence
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse candidate populations
Willing to be in the office Monday-Thursday in Richardson, TX, and remote on Fridays
Preferred
Retail industry experience is highly preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
