FALL 2025 OPERATIONS AND PRODUCTIONS INTERN

InternEase is seeking two passionate and motivated interns to gain hands-on experience with a prominent Gen Z lifestyle YouTuber. The interns will assist with the production of a podcast and will have the opportunity to work directly with a high-profile creator and a talented team.
Entertainment
Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and testing audio and video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
Ensure all production equipment functions properly before recordings
Support the production team during recording sessions to ensure smooth operation on set
Help organize and maintain project files for post-production
Assist in researching potential guests and coordinate outreach
Create pitch decks tailored to potential guests and outline their alignment with ease
Help with the scriptwriting process: creating segments, brainstorming episode themes, and writing thought-provoking questions
Challenge the team to think differently and gain new perspectives on episode topics
Assist in setting up and testing audio and video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
Help Organize and maintain project files
Qualification
Required
Interest or experience in podcast production, media, or entertainment
Basic knowledge of audio/video equipment setup and operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be based in Los Angeles or able to commute for on-site work
Able to receive student credit for the internship
Must commit to a minimum 3-month period
Preferred
Familiar with YouTube content and an understanding of demographics, especially Gen Z
Interested in trends, pop culture, and current affairs
Possess a strong eye for high-quality visuals and design
Have a positive, can-do attitude
Involved in entertainment-related extracurriculars or other clubs
Majoring in Film and Media Production, Entertainment, Communications or other related fields
Interest or experience in scriptwriting, journalism, podcast production, media, or entertainment
Able to work both in-person in the LA Valley and remotely for online tasks
Available to work as an intern with a flexible schedule to accommodate school commitments
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Have a positive, problem-solving attitude
Majoring in Journalism, Media Production, Communications, or related fields
