Qualification
Required
Service Desk or IT/Desktop Support experience
Hardware, OS, and software troubleshooting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be a current WI resident
Preferred
Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., Cherwell)
Technical/user documentation
PC imaging and deployment
