Agent Success Manager / Office Manager - Real Estate Brokerage - Santa Rosa
Confidential is a high-end, boutique Real Estate and Development Firm seeking a motivated Agent Success Manager to support their Santa Rosa office. The role involves assisting agents with technology platforms, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities
Support agents who require assistance with technology platforms
Manage all onboarding steps for new agents to ensure a seamless integration into brokerage systems
Assist with compiling listing presentation materials for agents
Print and laminate address banners and directional signage for agent marketing
Provide additional support for agents who require assistance with document preparation
Answer phones and greet clients
Be a dependable point of contact for agent questions, office concerns, and operational needs
Maintain day-to-day functionality and appearance of the office, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
Schedule vendors for maintenance and repair, as needed
Coordinate with Sales Manager, and other administrative staff to ensure smooth brokerage operations
Manage a variety of other tasks and special projects, as needed
Organize and set up sales meetings, including food and materials
Schedule and manage training sessions in partnership with presenters, and oversee communications to agents
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on Volunteer Days and seasonal events, handling logistics, supplies, and hospitality
Qualification
Required
High-end, boutique Real Estate and Development Firm in search of a bright and highly motivated individual to join our team
Full-time, customer service-oriented Agent Success Manager to be the ambassador for our Santa Rosa office and support our daily operations
Candidate must be professional
Possess excellent communication skills
React well in pressure situations
Be very detail-oriented and proactive with our agents, clients, and vendors
The ideal candidate is resourceful and tech-savvy
Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with people-facing tasks at the front desk
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
Comfortable using industry-standard real estate technology, such as digital transaction management systems, multiple listing service (MLS) platforms, marketing/CRM software, and client search and collaboration tools
Preferred
Previous brokerage experience is preferred
Prior experience in a real estate office or administrative support role preferred
Real Estate license preferred, but not required
