Responsibilities
Process and post cash receipts accurately
Prepare service adjustments and refunds
Manage credit and collections activities
Track overdue invoices and send reminders via text, email, mail, and third-party collections
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
Manage customer payment plans
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Assist customers with account and billing inquiries
Support Office Manager with miscellaneous tasks
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or a GED
5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Acumatica, RealGreen, PestPac, Arborgold
